What Does this eye Test Result Mean?

Hi I had my eye test and it says
Right: Sph 1.50 Cyl 050 Axis 90
Left: 1.50
There are no plus or minus signs, but I can see the lines on top of 1.50s and 050 I don't know if its the same.
Kindly tell me if it's really bad or not and
What is the number of my eyesight as someone asked me about my eyesight number but I didn't know.

The lines on the top indicate minus.
So your power is -1.50 spherical in both eyes and -0.50 cylinder in right ey ein 90 degrees axis..
Don't worry..
This is a minor refractive error and common..
You have to use glasses for better visualization of far objects..
You have good near vision without glasses..
This is called short sightedness..
Don't worry about the cylinder as well as it is very less and not that singinficant..
